    How Is it generating income? Which ad network
    how long has it been established and generating the level of income you state?
    How have you been generating traffic to the site? Seo, exchanges, paid?
    What script is the site running? Active license?

    A little more information would help.

    I would be intrested in buying the site
    however I would not pay via western union
