Girafa versus Iwebtool images for directories

Which is your preference for having images show in directories alongside links - Girafa or Iwebtool? I like both and think they offer an excellent tool for how directories are utilising them but what are the legalities for using the former and quick could you change your directories if either or both remove these services?

I've wondered for a while now that with so many directories using the above services how directory owners would react if these great image services were to come out of service and even better yet, how many directories actually pay for girafa images or is this service free in some hidden way?

I agree with sasa. Iwebtool needs manually updating.

Do many directories use the hover screenshot of iwebtool?

I find the hover a little annoying unless properly implemented.

Precisely my thoughts, it kind of takes you back to the days of flash intros and todays annoying pop ups.

There is one thing I would really like to find out and that is how many if any directories are paying for girafa. Was it previously a free to use service cos they want the monies for it now?

Not only that, it needs more developing. Iwebtool has problems with capturing the proper image of the site and anything done in CSS (i think) it is unable to capture it well so you get half a site.

    However, it is free!

I actually hate that. I mean u mouseover a link and this thing pops up.

I seek that 'disable' button to help me out.
