Ok so I can always understand how a business looks at its customers. And how the point of view can change according to which you are. But Giga International has BY FAR the worst customer service I have had the pleasure to meet ONLINE THUS FAR. I have done business with more than a few web hosts, and had mail conversations with more than a few, but Giga International when faced with a issue seems to just ignore what you ask of them. It could be bad English, or the fact that they just dont care ... but be well aware of their shady ToS and that you do NOT have 5000 gigs of data bandwidth. I barely even touched 1 TB and I got shut down. So for you who would take them based on their bandwidth promises, just keep in mind that its only for show. You get maybe 1 gig per day. Bullshit host ... if you ask us that is
Surely you didn't think that you would really get 5TB of bandwidth for 2.99/mo. Shame on them for their apparent scam, but you do have to take some initiative and use common sense when purchasing hosting. You have to figure with even 100 people on that server, you're talking about 500TB of bandwidth. Not going to happen.
Most of the people choose Giga International or OVH or scam star like them that because they thing I'm so cleaver getting hugh bandwidth for almost nothing. But is that possible? HAHA! they also cam into the business to make profits and they have to pay large internet bills.. Then think HOW they offer cheap? They just making money from the resellers and client who don't understand or don't try to understand the real fact! So don't think some one offer you for something way over cheap for nothing.. there must be some reason.. Good Luck.
