I'm trying to think of some gifts to give away to my employees. If someone was going to give you one gift free right now what would it be?

    Budget Under $500

You don't have to spend the whole $500. Just something you really want right now. If you feel like it could you please tell me the model/name and what website you saw it on.

$500 per employee? $500 for all your employees? how many people work under you?

If you mean $500 per employee, a kindle and an amazon gift card for the remainder would be pretty sweet. Or an iPhone and iTunes gift card for that matter. Generally, if people hate the iPhone, they'll love the kindle, and vice versa.

Nothing says "you're appreciated" like a kick ass piece of gear.

Go camping is not a bad idea.Maybe you can use this amount to organize such an activity for relaxation. Then
    they will be more energetic.

@ easyquotedirect - This is more like a Christmas bonus type thing, but the T-Shirt idea is great. I might do that in addition to the gift.

@ organicCyborg - Yes, $500 dollars per person. About 20 workers. Cool idea iphone and kindle. I do happen to know some of them like to read on their brakes.

    @ smile633 - mmm coffee

@ Steve Powers - Camping or Spa is also a good idea, we already had a company retreat like that already.

I'm thinking more in the line of product wise. Something they can take home and use for themselves.

Iphone and Kindle were good examples....a few more please....Thanks

I think iphone is not worthy for them because I think all of your workers have mobile phones so just the cash is very important.......

    Or Even,,,,

You can organize party for all there family members :)

We all know cash is the best gift. I don't want to give away cash or gift cards. I already give mid year bonuses based off mid year performance. I need something personal.

The examples i'm looking for are like : iphone, DVD player, books-titile, software, hardware, tv, computer screen, jewelry etc.... but I don't know what kind as in name brand or specific models. I don't want to end up giving them old stuff that I might think is good but they think im being cheap. My workers ages are from like 20 - 45.
