Adsense smart pricing is too severe and getting less than a cent per click is not fair. Some of my friends tell me they get 3 cents per 10 clicks! Now a good business.

If you want higher price for your clicks I believe the best one is Bidvertiser. Why? First you can can the bids you have on your site. Yes you read it right, you can see which ads appear on your site and how much each one pays. This is absolutely fantastics to design pages. My highest bid for my site xredburn.com is 3.68$ per click. I am still seeing if one advertiser is willing to pay more. On a verage I make 0.47$ per click. :D

You can't assume that everyone gets the same low payouts as you. And it's a mistake to blame it all on smart pricing and not work on your site to make it better. Perhaps you need to set up more content, improve SEO, improve traffic, change ad placement build for additional, better paying, keywords, build additional sites with better keywords, get backlinks, and again, get more traffic. Good luck.

My most profitable three sites do not have adcents ad on it. In fact my best site does not have any ad. By the way, all three sites, used to have adcents ads on them.

I think it depends on the niche. I average about $0.40 a click, but I use them as a third string backup. Never put all your eggs in one basket, especially on the internet.

I have seen many such post here :D

NO traffic = no clicks = no earnings = frustrated publisher = This kind of thread :p

This tells the whole story .

I suggest that you concentrate on increasing traffic to your site and then blocking some low paying ads will also help :)

BidVertiser are shabby though... I used to use them about 2 years ago and they gave nothing but unrelated adverts and poor income... I think I only ever reached about $1 after 3 months.

Google AdSense is my personal favorite, but that's just my opinion.

Adsense is still the best one out there. Since it is owned by a big company, consequently they can offer bigger pay.

I agree with kashifmahmood, optimize your site, increase your site visitors.

I'm just tired of babysitting the account and blocking web directories, search engines and parked pages. Its not our damn job, the Adwords team should be filtering that.

AdSense has and always will be #1.. no matter how many people deny it. Besides having the HIGHEST PAYING CLICKS (yes, you read right)... it is also a matter of security with them. They're owned by GOOGLE, the king of the internet. Do you think they're not reliable? Or do you think theyll just "randomly" close down shop one day? Not in a million years. Run out of money? Hah!

So please- stop using AdSense. It will work out so well for you (but even better for me!)

Adsense is nice and easy to set up but I think if you have really high quality traffic you will do better with affiliate sales. Right now I'm setting up alternative revenue sources because CPC is down 50-70% just in the last month. Traffic is up, content is up, and payments are down.

I get about 10 cents per 10 - 20 clicks and I'm still satisfacted, because I have lots of clicks so it's still ok for me :) Earnings are going down but that's normal - everything is more and more popular, then less, and less and it's finally gone. I think AdSense will not gona last forever.

I only use adsense and one of the main reasons is the payment options. Checks take way too long, can't use Paypal and none of the others have Western Union.
