Revenue comes from YPN (I have a YPN invite for this site that is unused as I got 3 invites and am only using the one for another large forum of mine. The Zelda Universe invite is still sitting in my inbox ready for the new owner if needed.), Adsense, Burst Media, Gorilla Nation, Vibrant Media, and Link Sales (the home page is PR7!). Other Details
There is much potential for this amazing forum with much history. It is clearly the ultimate Zelda forum on the web both in size, member base, and quality content. I think there is plenty of traffic to be gained from SEO work, but this is not something I know how to do. The simple reason I am selling is that while running 3 "Big Boards" is exciting, I simply don't have the time needed for this anymore (I have been neglecting the site recently). The staff (of nearly 30 moderators, global mods, super mods, admin, and webmasters) is absolutely amazing and very much dedicated. I have two fantastic assistant admin/webmaster (volunteers) who lead the site staff and handle basically everything outside of the monetization of the site. You see I maybe only visit the site a few times a week now days, yet I have complete confidence in the fantastic team of staff to handle things. The site really needs a new owner that will promote the site and manage it to prepare for the coming growth in 2006 when the most populat and most expected Zelda game, Twilight Princess, will be released.

What are the operational costs for this site, such as bandwidth? How much bandwidth does it use now? How much did it use before you turned off the MP3's and videos?

Are there any other recurring costs?

Server costs are the only costs, unless you update the vB license for $30 a year.

Bandwidth this month is at 392 GB right now. Last month (when we got hit with ou most downloads ever), bandwidth was at 760 GB.

For me the price is very REASONABLE! I learned from somewhere in DP forum here that a normal selling price for website is 40 times the monthly revenue .....
