I tried to contact Craig at GhostScripter.com with some questions about Amazon Shop. I received a prompt reply from Alex Thompson. It appears that Craig has temporarily left due to some personal issues. Here's a summary of the response. They are back in development with Amazon Shop. Their Web site should be back in full swing this week. I asked when the forum would be up and running, but Alex did not reply directly to this question. I think the forum would be a great addition. I'd like to hear and see what others are doing with Amazon Shop. Version 5 does use ECS 4 and should be completed in a few weeks. They do plan to add additional templates to version 5. Alex confirmed what GTech said in another post about additional licenses costing $10 each. You can contact Alex at their support e-mail address. It looks like they are getting their ducks back in order.
Tech, this is great info, thanks for the update! Could I ask a favor? If you happen to shoot another email over to Alex, would you ask him about including an ability to filter products that are "N/A" (not stocked)? More than anything else, I want this ability. Any idea what's up with Craig? I hope things get better for him. He's always been very nice and helpful. It must have been something pretty bad to keep him away for so long.
Alex didn't elaborate about Craig's issues. I did send him the link to this forum posting. I'll ask him to keep checking for questions and issues. Perhaps he could join the forum. This would be a great place to push his product. Filtering would be good. I noticed that there are a lot of out of stock and unavailable items. I'll pass the message.
