Ghost Niche Video Blog on an 8 year old PR 2 domain for sale

I would like to sell my website historicgraveyards.com. The domain has been registered since Oct 23 but has not been used in a few years until I recently took over and turned it into a video blog. It usually gets 5-10 hits day from google but assume little to no traffic since it hasn't been marketed or monetized. It is very easy to maintain, less than an hour a week.
