GGNCPM - New CPM Network Opened and accepting Publishers

Trying to buy impressions/ads but i can't....no "orders" to choose from, can't find anywhere to purchase impressions/clicks...

Alright well i just added some money to my account and im trying to show my first/only campaign and its activated and all, im trying to update it to use earlier purchased funds/account balance but its staying on "Pay directly for this order" no matter how much i try, i just want to start showing an ad...

 

oh i got it my bad just a little confusing had to check impressions, then enter how many, then check take from balance

So far since I've joined I've had to create the same account 3 times. The latest being because after recreating my account after the server upgrade and switch it was deleted by GGNCPM due to 15 days of inactivity which I was not informed about until I read their forum, great eh. The best thing however is this; the message posted about the 15 days inactivity was only posted on their forum and inside the Publisher Control Panel which I couldn't access due to my account being deleted. So after not being able to login to my account I checked out the forum and thus I found out the reason why. The Terms of Service and Rules agreed to as a Publisher said nothing about this, they can remove accounts due to cheating or breaking the terms but immediate removal due to only 15 days of inactivity, not a slither of a mention. Only reason I was inactive, well before the upgrade the GGNCPM ads took too long to load and so I went back to Adsense who is doing ok for me so I was keeping them for this month to get some much needed monies before looking into using GGNCPM for September onwards.

Why this rant, well it appears due to me being removed for a reason I had no idea about and was not informed of I am not entitled to my around the 15th of the month payment (NET 15) that was part of the Rules I agreed to when I recreated my account due to the upgrade. I have to wait until the next billing cycle which is at the end of the month (NET 30). Great!

I sent a message after recreating my account which was read quickly, I received a second reply shortly afterwards about the payment now being delayed and my latest message appears to be taking it's time for a response so we'll see how that goes.

I was waiting to post this just in case they got it sorted it quickly for me but since the first messages were dealt with quickly and this one is taking a while I think it's fair to post it. I'll be sure to update with whatever happens.

They just aren't couting all impressions (or they're counting unique impressions), the cpm was high (0.05-0.09$) but like 1/10 impressions were counted.

 

sorry our fill rate isnt 100% We are counting raw impressions but they need to wait at least a 8 second turn around. before the same user can view the same ad again.

we mixed the ads with ppc. we r issuing payments to publishers

 

thank just got my money now i'm waiting see what's happening with the new rates because something is wrong
