    Resellers probably would not pay much, if any, for this domain.
    End users would find much better options for domains than this one.

    Better option for you is to develop as a forum, get it advertised, lots of active members posting, and so forth.
    Be easier then to sell it.
    Even then, unless you can show decent revenue, end users would not want to pay much more than say 50 bucks to 100 bucks for it.
    Making the entire process of developing it a waste of time.

    Best option is to put this domain on auction and taking whatever you can that way.

    I would join a Design/Branding forum with that name.
    GFX is great keyword. It is intense used by those who are interested in graphics (obviously).
    It is easy to remember.
    Popular TLD. I would say this is pretty much like http://www.hackforums.net/ , so you can develop a successfully community.
    Value: $100~$200.
