I am selling GFXforum.net, It is a webmaster and graphic design related forum. Established on 15/08/2006

As the domain is very recognisable it receives alot of searches on All popular search engines, and is 1 - 5 on MSN, Yahoo and Google on searching GFXforum with over 4720 results on yahoo for the keyterm/s Gfxforum.

The site generates about 1200+ traffic each month and is growing every day.

I have only just started to monetize the site since the beginning of the month with Adsense, but get $25 a month from Banner sales.

Previously made $15 from bidvertiser on October but brought that down to test adsense.

I'm interested, but have a few questions.

1) Did you use a channel for the adsense? I find it hard to believe you're making $50 a month off of 1200 uniques a month.

2) Is the vbulletin license included?

 

Yeah I only see $9 from Adsense above, so if you could provide me with actual stats of the revenue I'll bid.

If you actually read the thread, he's making revenue from other methods (eg. banner ads).

 

Sorry if i did not make my Explanation clear, I have made Monthly banner ad sales and have used Bidvertiser and Adbrite before moving onto Adsense, and no the vb license is not included in the sale.

Well the Adsense has been added this month and the Screenshot shows to the 23rd of November, and since that i have made $2 from adsense in 2 days. The banners are purchased monthly by Buyers, i have asked if they will continue in purchasing an adspace for $25 p/m and they have agree'd so as they are happy with the visitors they get from GFX.
Before adsense was put on i had Bidvertiser ads on the page to test the income that i could recieve, this was from about the 28th of october up to the 11th Of November (when adsense was added) I will add a screenshot for the bidvertiser stats also.
Bear in mind that the only advertising i have done for GFX is a link on my signature on TFL. The traffic is purely from Search engines at the moment, if this site were to be advertised properly it would be at its full potential making a much higher revenue.

I am hosted with Pepzo.com, it is a friends company who have been running for about 2 years, They are willing to host gfxforum for free for the whole of 2007 or however long you wish to stay with them in this time period.
