    Okay well i would be selling the domain along with the site, it comes with adbrite and adsense ready! The average traffic is about 30 Unique visiters a week and think of it having a pagerank of around 3. Thanks again

    I already did, if only you guys visited the site or read my post which clearly stated its stats, one being that it is fully developed! So can i finally get an appraisal that takes everything into consideration. Also SEOdir undeveloped i had an offer of 30 USD.
