Selling gettingGlobal - beautiful site, great concept, entirely custom

I am looking to sell www.gettingGlobal.com. I've owned this site for a while now (over a year), but have never had the time to utilise it. Its entirely custom coded and the sale will come with exclusive rights to its script.

The concept
Very simple - visitors can buy a country and use it to advertise their website. The site owner receives all the money from each purchase of a country.

This has the potential to be developed a lot further. As it is, its likely to be fairly successful but it could perhaps be developed into a 'game'. Country owners could sell and exchange countries. They could get points for people visiting their country and their country would become more powerful with each point they earn...etc. There are many ways this could be developed.

The site
Many hours of work have gone into the creation of this site. It uses a simple yet stunning design. The flash map on the homepage took a lot of work and integrates well with the site.

However, further development would help. For example, there could be an admin area for the site owner so the site could be administered easily.

The sale
I will not be selling this site on the cheap. As I've said, a lot of time, not to mention money, has gone into its development and I'd rather hold onto it and hope to develop it myself in the future than sell it off cheaply.

Its not a lot to pay for a site with so much potential. As a student, right now unfortunately I need the money hence the sale. But I'm not desperate enough to let it go for pittance!
