lets say websiteA.com is on websiteB.com page. Can websiteA.com ask websiteB.com to remove there URL from that website?
erm... im a bit confused. If your talking websiteA.com having a link to its site on websiteB.com then id say no they can't really.
Houck: You can always ask anyone to do anything. But, within the US, as long as it's a link to your homepage, the linker doesn't have to remove the link. What courts have enforced is a demand to remove a "deep-link" - or a link to a page not usually made public (like to a coupon page, or something similar). Is there some specific reason why you don't want the other website to link to you?
