Isn't that a city? There should be something on your site about it. Just look carefully.

Good to see your reply Clorets. I am aware of the Tucson city in Arizona but the problem is why am getting the traffic with this keyword. It is not related to my site in any sense.. Moreover when i checked the browsers, operating system for this in google analytics what i see the browsers mojority are "google bot" or "yahoo slurp". Now what is this, everybody knows these are not browsers like fire fox, IE but Search Engine crawlers. And for operating systems the analytics shows "Not Defined" where it should provide data like macintosh, windows..!!

This could be the result of the home-grown BOTS. Its possible that someone was sending automatic queries to Google search to retrieve SERP (search engine ranking position) of a website from search results. In those cases, since the BOT follows Google's search result to your website, the URL/tag tracking from Google search will mark as a visit from user.

Is "Tucson" mentioned on your site at all? Is the traffic coming to your site or an image on your site? It might just be a quirk that you're ranking high for it.

It might be some kind of search engine or tracking error because this case is so strange.

I have gotten a few hits for my site from keywords unrelated.. if it's not a LOT of ridiculous traffic, just don't worry about it.. it's not hurting you. It's just weird.

How about doing a google search for tucson site:yoursite.com
This should tell you where you have this word mentioned on your site.
