i have a blog and its adserving has been disabled by adsense.. bt my adsense ac is still active..
so i have made a new blog according completely to adsense TOS..
Now i have promoted my new blog on that old banned blog and getting 90% traffic from that old blog only..

so is it ok with google policies, getting traffic from banned domain???

I don't think there'll be any problem with that as long as the new site complies with TOS.
You can even redirect the old domain to the new one to redirect the traffic.

I think Google has problems with some traffic, so advertising will help but not redirecting

As long as you are not sending traffic from the old blog and telling them to go there to click your ads, you will be fine.

Forget the old one, and concentrate on new one. Just move on and avoid shady stuff.

There is no problem if you have added the link of your new blog on your old domain. Redirecting the old blog may be the problem for your adsense account.
