    can any body help me to improve traffic on my site? its a newly site a period of one week only and has no visitor yet. please help me to get traffic on it. its about medical health related content. my site address is www.medicalclinic.tk

    Gosh are .tk domains still a thing?
    Have they got more credibility these days?
    That could be your problem

    Plus a one week old site doesn't really deserve traffic compared to the giants like webmd

    On a quick glance, I don't know how much notice of these things a search engine takes but it's not hard to
    • get the true dimensions of an image, and the dimensions it's displayed at. If they're stretched and skewed I'd give that site a black mark. You have 2 on the home page.
    • you have a hit counter on the homepage. It's not 1999 anymore
    • the site is full of typos and bad English
    • it uses a free site builder on a free host with a free domain but claims to be an ecommerce site
    • text says you can buy stuff, no shop to be found
    You can be successful but you have a long way to go.

    Even if you get traffic to your site, they won't stay if the content isn't so good

    You can post some quality content through create blogs and guest post. Also side by side do some back-linking.
