Getting traffic to proxy site

    I have a new proxy site that I would like to get traffic to. I currently only have one inbound link from a proxy directory. What should I do to build traffic? Should I pay for submission to proxy directories? Should I do link trades with my sponsored links section? Please give me your input.

    buy a link in an email of newsletters sent out to proxy subscribers. kinda like massproxy.info
