Getting traffic from your design!

    All of you here might already know that CSS site galleries are in boom this time. I would just like to ask some of the experts here what are their TRAFFIC experienced from CSS galleries sites such as CSSRemix, CSSHeaven, CSSDrive, CSSElite, CSSBeauty, etc...

    In my own opinion, I think the traffic from that sites are not very well targetted since people are just looking only the beauty of the site, not the content. Maybe 3 out of 10 visitors interested on the content of your site, what do you think?

    In 2006 I got 2 pretty large contracts as a direct result of people visiting from CSS galleries. Bestwebgallery and screenfluent.

    I agree, it's good if your site is providing a service, i.e. web designing.
