The RSS feeds will eventually be picked up by the search engines, it takes a little time. Keep adding quality content, the more you add, the more feeds there will be.

I would also use pingomatic to ping different blog sites that your content has been updated. You can go to my site and fasttie.com and type in pingomatic and it will take you there.

Make it easy for other webmasters to use their feed on your site. Create a page explaining rss and giving code that webmasters can use to add the feed to their sites. You are giving them free content, and they are sending targetted traffic back your way.

Submiit more to rss directories and other rss resources. The traffic will come automatically if your rss feed contains keyword rich content which people are searching for.

If you have a quality content a lot of people use aggregators to read several information feeds on one subject.
