Getting tons of leads and sales stopped? why?

    OK I launched this site last week, and got 3 sales in the first 3 days before any marketing has hit.

    I decided to add an autoresponder for and ecourse on Private Label Rights for free.. now I am getting 5-10 subscribers a day, but my sales have stopped :)

    From everything I've read, people say you have to be collecting names, but why do the sales stop?

    Any tips? is it my site?

    Any advice please :)

    Usually emphasis is near the top of the site. Everybody sees the headline of a newspaper, but how many below the fold?

    So you added a place to get subscribers, and made it king. They were still forced to scroll down before your sign up, but what else could they do? Order! Of course it may have just been luck, but that is the way I see it.

    What about having a smaller version of your products at the top of the page. Then people will see your products faster without having to scroll to the very bottom.
    It is faster and easier....

    the header is taking a lot of space. maybe it will be a good thing if you reduce it and add quick links to the ebooks you are trying to sell.

    Yep it's the site on my signature:

    So if I move the "free" signup list thing to the bottom maybe? or move the sales link to the top, that should help.

    I am getting quite a few leads daily so that's good, I"ll try to switch it around a bit on the site!
