Getting there but.................

So my site is now 'part' indexed and the pages that have been indexed are in the top 50 of G, Y and MSN.

How do I improve their listing and maintain them there??

 

basically

add new relevant content on a regular basis

get relevant incoming links on a regular basis

 

I think you should begin reading a SEO guide first, this question is too basic I think.
