Getting the word out about your domain sale...

Ok, so I have a question.

If I am looking to sell some domain names, what are the best places to advertize them and promote the sale, you know to get the word out? Are there any Forums, Websites, etc. that are better than others? If so what's the best one? If I were to sell or auction my names where is the best place to do so, Ebay? Is that the best place or is there a better alternative?

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

DP is an excellent place to start. Sedo and other service providers also can be utilized.

 

Sedo/moniker/godaddy offer domain name appraisal service which help you to get an idea of a fair market price of your domain and it help you in selling too, you may wish to check with them.

 

Make a site and then have an adword campaign.
