You can use Yahoo! site explorer for checking your inlinks.. Site explorer is the best and the free way to backlinks, it gives you most accurate count of your backlinks.

    Hi friends,
If you want to check the backlink of a site, then www[dot]opensiteexplorer[dot]org is one of the best for checking IBL and www[dot]seobook[dot]com is a site 4m where you have to download a software and you would be able to check out your OBL of a site....
Meanwhile, I want some link exchange for the following extensions which m giving below:
I want Casino related sites related to German having .de extension, then Spanish sites having .es extension, then Dutch site having .nl extension. I am even looking for Car related sites from France having .fr extension. I have got lot of sites for link exchange.

Yes there are free sites to check your backlinks.. Like Yahoo Explorer, Backlink Watch.. If you only want to see the numbers of your backlinks, you may also use SearchEngineGenie.

I use Yahoo site explorer to take a quick look at backlinks, but Yahoo has stated they are no longer updating their index, so the number reported by it is not current. If you want a more accurate backlink count, I would use one of the other tools mentioned above.

Use Google Webmasters tool to check your all incoming links. but i would prefer to check this details manually in search engines.
