Getting sued or any problems for this doman name?

Hey guys, i'm a toyota fan and i plan on registering a domain name called www.toyotacorolla2011.com.

I plan on monetizing this site with Adsense. Simple posts such as car specifications/details, images, youtube videos are the types of things i plan to post up.

Would i get sued under trademark allegations or get a file complaint telling me to shutdown the site?

    Cheers

Seems to be a bunch of stuff about that in particular. Link 2 has a link to the actual case but at a glance it does not appear to be a very good idea.
This sort of question typically requires a specialized lawyer. My buddy is a lawyer and sets up massive corporations for a living. He won't touch these sorts of questions lol...

    hope that helps,

Either or, depending on Toyota. Inspite of that Toyota Lexus case Nigel linked to, what you're looking to do is not
    generally accepted. (generally, anyway...)

And no, a disclaimer won't necessarily shield you from liability.

What has been said above by the other posters are correct. Don't do it.

By putting 2011 in the domain name it seems that the site will be temporary anyway - so if you do it quickly, make your money and then drop it you might just get away with it. Alot will depend on how actively Toyota are in keeping their online presence clean.
