I'm just starting with websites. My roommate does it as a hobby and said he doesn't need an LLC or anything special. But to me, that doesn't seem right. I'd like to do things right, can anyone point me in a direction. Should I get an LLC for my sites if I plan on doing on business? Is there any kind of manual or guide to getting started for dummies? Thanks.
