Getting .rs Doamin WHOIS

Hello,

I want to contact the owner of a .rs domain for a website I want to build to see if they are willing to sell the domain, but the whois information doesn't show any contact information what so ever.

It just shows the below information, basically stating the WHOIS is protected, shouldn't it still show a private email address to contact an intermediary, usually the domain registrar?

Please advise on how I can contact the owner. Thank You in advance

there's no form, no contact information what so ever. i won't post the domain yet because i haven't registered its .com/etc counterparts yet. it won't make a difference, eunethosting doesn't show any method of contacting the owner. i've been trying for months now to figure out a way, and posting here is my last resort.
