So I just discovered that I have almost as many supplemental pages as cached pages. I was wondering if anyone could help me out figure out how I could decrease these numbers. It's for my personal site - www.mrgarylee.com - I'm trying a new robots.txt file right now, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I would love to hear them! Thanks!
You need to get more incoming links to your internal pages. A supplimental result is just one that Google don't deem to be of a high enough importance to be included in the main index.
you need a unique (or mostly unique) title and meta description for each page. that's exactly how i got one of my sites out of supps. this was without adding any additional backlinks to what i had before.
Getting rid of supplemental result is through creating a unique quality content building a quality back links for your sub pages or index page.
Try using unique title tags. Most of mine are supplimented as they all start with "Noddegamra - " followed by the title of the page. Ignore the branging, or re-arrange it more like "[page title] - Noddegamra"
