Thes best way to get rid of click fraud is for Google and other cpc networks to drop ads from parked domains and pages and also sites with no content and perhaps even auto-conetnt generating sites. It will be tough to do because there are tons of auto sites. I feel anyone with a webiste(s) that has content that people write or pay to have written won't click on their ads simply because most of these people are genuine and would not want to jeopardise their chances of earning money online.
