Getting rid of an overjet in Photoshop

I took a .tiff headshot photo a few weeks ago and I'd like to send it to an acting agency but they say that they'd like if I could reduce the overjet of the incisors on the maxillar central incisors.

I've tried using FaceApp on my smartphone but the results didn't look realistic. Would it be possible to do it on Photoshop or pay to have someone do it for me?
