I have a forum and a main site, on the main site I have an iframe where I post the latest post from my forum at first it was not a problem every two days I would manually update the iframe but now I can't keep up.

Is there a way that it can be done automatically, I was told about rss mod so i downloaded the mod, but to be honest the instruction are confusion and my skills are zero and even if I did get the mod to work I have no clue how to use it for what i want to do.

Can anyone suggest how I can go about this or point me in the right direction or better yet how hard is it and should just abandon the whole idea.

    Thanks

Does your forum have RSS enabled already? It shouldn't be that difficult even for someone unfamiliar with php.

Using cron jobs here is bullshit, you could just do it with queries on the main page, you people are overcomplicating this
