Getting re-indexed

I have an old health related site 1998 old , dropped from Google in 04 , ranks very well in MSN , what I wanted to ask ,is it possible to get re-indexed by Google , we believe a disgruntled x-employee did something got us removed , we did quite well before we were dropped. I have written and asked Google with no response, the potential for the site is very good but I don't know what to do if there is anything at all. Any good advice appreciated.
    Thank you

build backlinks, either deep links or your site itself.

Do you have Google webmaster tools? You can reapply in there, if you have GWT, does it say you are indexed?

If you search for your domain name do any results turn up? Care to share the domain? PM if you prefer to remain private.

How long is the site up again , there may be a delay generally up to three months for dropped domains.

First build links, second, you may resubmit your sitemaps to Google webmaster tools. :D
