Getting Ranked Too Fast on Google

Is there such a thing as getting ranked too fast on Google? I managed to get 5000 new pages indexed in about ten days. I don't want Google to think that I'm spamming.

There's a big difference between ranking and being indexed.
It all depends on what type of site you have and why you have so much content. I have a forum with 5000 subforums, so I initially got all of them indexed before the forum even went live. After that my index rate slowed down significantly. Google still likes the site and it's ranking pretty well for competitive and long tail keywords.

You got 5000 pages indexed in 10 days... But who knows, you might take 5000 days to rank these 5000 pages... I am not trying to disappoint you, but you have to do On page for every page differently and also proper Off Page activities. Ranking pages is a slow and steady job.

A lot of my keywords are being indexed daily. Many of them are ranked on the first and second pages. The major keywords are moving up the rankings. The pace is astronomically faster for this site than others I've done. That's why I'm a bit concerned.

How did you create these pages? if they are unique fresh contents, you're safe. But if they are scrapped or duplicated contents, then you're not so safe.

I work for a website and we have thousands of directory pages, we have only been up and running for a couple months and we have seen thousands of pages indexed in a very short period of time as well.

I wouldn't think you'd have to worry about Google marking your site for spam as long as your pages are natural, quality, original content web pages.

If you have thousands of duplicated content, blackhat SEO tactic pages then yes worry lol.

The pages are dynamically created and were not intended to be picked up by Google until I was able to add content. However, their spiders decided to find them somehow, so now I'm left with concerns about Google thinking that I might be trying to spam.

The faster your rank on google goes up.
The faster your rank will fell down if you've been hit by google penalization.
So make sure not to do anything.
Just keep it natural. Do not boost or push forward.
    Keep it natural.

How do you keep it natural? Like I stated before, I didn't intend for those pages to get ranked.

Getting Rank Too fast on Google may equal to getting banned too fast....:)
So, Try to keep it natural...You can do this by just keeping in mind about your users not for search engines...

Being indexed is different from ranking. Just because your indexed doesn't mean that you've ranked, it simply just means that Google knows you exist. So you should be fine.

That eases my mind a little bit. I appreciate that. I'm still getting on the first page of results on a daily basis, though. Their spiders are coming back every few hours and finding new keywords.

Everyone wants their pages should rank, you want too..

And it is possible to use natural things to do this..

For example, your targeted keyword is "acne treatment"

You can use like "hot to treat acne for adult"

This would cover, acne treatment as well..

Same things you have to use in link building process, try to use some related keywords as anchor texts.

I haven't even done any link building yet. I only started the site two weeks ago. It's managed to get 9000 pages indexed already. I like to build content before doing links.

Reason behind your newly indexed pages ranking is may be your keywords are of no searches.

Well, it's already producing some revenue, so I don't mind spending the time to get the rankings up. Money is always a good motivator.
