Getting paypal account in unavailable countries

    Hello,

    This is a good opportunity for people living in algeria o pakistan for example. You can create a paypal account worldwide and we will add a usa bank account for recurrent withdrawal (only). Money is sent back through WesternUnion but also Moneygram available or bank wire, it's buyer choice.

    Well, I wonder about login status. I mean if we login from Pakistan with US bank account added. paypal will ban the account....what about that?
