Im just curious, but i didnt know people that werent registered with paypal were able to send money? if they can how does it work. I just received a large payment from an unregistered person on paypal, ive had my account almost a year now with no incidents so im just trying to avoid that.

Well, as a customer, you can pay directly through a credit card if you do not have a paypal account. After the transaction, they will be invited to join Paypal but it is not compulsory.

Of course, that said, they will need to be from a paypal supported country.

I had a charge back from someone who was not registered with PayPal. I think it is a good idea if they are registered-- before accepting payment. Chargeback fee is $10.00.

    Q...
