Hi, I am launching a brand new site in a week. The site has been programmed by a web media company and obviously cost me a lot of money to get started. Therefore, like 99% of the other site owners here, I am trying to make money off my sites advertisements but I do not know what to do in order to get advertisers. I know PPC will not work because not enough visitors early on. I know that a flat rate each month for advertisements will though. The question is how much to charge and where to find people who want to advertise on my site?
I think your first steps should be to try to get traffic and back links. Write some articles and submit them to top article directories like ezinearticles.com.
