getting one way link to a high PR site

    HI Friends,

    If my site has Pr 1 or 2 and i get one way link from pr5 or pr6 page then it will beneficial for us or be spam ??? and will google give importance to those links?

    It certainly depend on the sites, as well as on outbound links from that particular site. If that site is not good in eyes of search engines then the link would be nothing but spam or completely invaluable...

    I agree with that, but do not focus on those things...it is just for PR, concentrate on how you will get higher ranking in SERP's

    if website content is similar to your website then it can be a big boost to your website PR and ranking . In other if its a different website then might be just good for the anchored keyword and there is no harm of getting on way link . it should be visible not hidden on particular website .
