Is there a way to get a ton of myspace content.. Im thinking of opening something similar.. Also Will I get sued for using "myspace" in my url??
I suggest not using myspace in the domain name. It's risky. They could, at least in theory, sue you for using their trade mark. Myspace content can be purchased at www.myspacepros.com ...it's a nice forum for myspace resource sites. you could also just ripp the content from other myspace sites because even if they have copyright for some of the glitters and other stuff they have they can't have copyright for everything because they most likely use celebrity pics or car pics for example that they don't own. So it's highly unlikely they can sue you for ripping their content. It would bring up the shit they have on their own sites. Good luck
you can use myspace in your URL, its not against Url. as fas as content are concern, hire some designer and search and use other ready made contents,
