Hey guys, recently I got my site name DbzEpisode.Org Disabled by googles adsense team, I think this was because my site was new(2 weeks use of adsense - Also low uniques per day), But What I dont understand is, Their are sites that have less content and are purly made for adsense purposes and they have been on adsense for 1 Year+ and some of them 2+ years, Yet adsense hasnt even reviewed them? I have never heard of a site being disabled because it was new or had low uniques. Do you have the rights to stream those movies? If you don't you are not in compliance with the Adsense program policies. And yes, you might have been caught because someone reported you. At this point, to have any hope at all of getting back into Adesense, then you first have to make sure it is in compliance with the Adsense Program Policies, which means removing any copyright-infringing content or links to copyright-infringing content.
I am just embedding them through myspace, Myspace offers you a embed code under a video that you like to watch, Therfore I have the right to stream them through myspace, Now wether myspace has the rights to have the videos on their site is a differnt matter.
Eh, your sites consists of copyrighted material. You will never get adsense enabed again, in fact you will prob have your adsense account locked and banned for using adsense on those sites! I would remove adsense NOW if you want to keep your adsense account!
Lol, Some of those sites have had adsense for 2 YEARS, wats the worth them using it now... I Had my account disabled under that URL, But its not banned, I can still make money from it on other sites. And btw, Im wondering if there is a certain amount of uniques that google may allow your account, Just like some premium publishers are allowed to show content normal ones arnt.
Sigh ... copyrightviolation and freeloading on traffic. How shady can one get? It does not matter, where you are streaming the videos from. What counts is the fact, that your site is displaying them. You don't bypass the copyright issue just because you are not physically hosting the stuff, period.
And dp you know for a fact that they were legally uploaded to Myspace? If they were not, that means it's still copyright infringement, even if "all" you are doing is embedding them on your site.
