I was wondering if it would be worth buying the $250 top10 listings at proxy.org? And what could I use to get my money back from it? Would AdSense be enough to bring back the $250? Also, what kind of traffic would I be looking at if I had a top10 listing? Would 120GB of bandwidth be enough? Link to my proxy is in my sig. Cheers
No one who really knows would provide you with that answer for free unless its a situation where it DOESN't return that profit. Why? Because that would create more deep competition for that limited space.
I'd like to know this as well. I've heard that bolded listings don't fare so well, but I'm not sure about a premium listing. Let us know how it goes.
Adsense isnt allowed on proxy sites reporting to google now lol, jus kiddin. but do remove adsense m8, ull get into trouble
No offense mate, but thats just a myth. I even wrote an email to Google asking and they said it's fine. Why else would they make proxy templates pre-coded with adsense?
Agreed with this, 250 is alot of money and you can easly gain a lots of good links with those money. My idea, Spend money to buy good links and then exchange a few links. Add you site to proxy topplists, there is a few(1000s) this will make you gain a few more 100s visitors per day, then have a contest. Link to use and win. Give out 100 bucks. Or make then sign in using their email adress. Then have monthly news letters! goo dluck!
120GB will probably not be enough for proxy.org...... You're probably looking at around 500 - 1000 GB. Since I'm assuming that its the biggest proxy list site on the web.
Quite honestly, I wouldn't waste my time or money developing any proxy related site. You are aware of the legal liabilities involved in operating a proxy ?
Adsense is allowed on proxy websites (not the proxified pages) Buying a bold listing would bring something like 100-150 a day im not sure how much a $250 listing could bring but i could bring 800-1400 a day for 1 month and for also could forward my own domain name which is getting 1200 daily hits now since a month ago
