For the co-admin I would recommend offering a set payment since not many people will volunteer. Your best bet in finding a volunteer is from within the site already.

To stop spam bots set up email verification and a captcha. However you may still get spam, not as much.

Not a bad forum for a starter but one thing you should know is that contrary to what a lot of people believe, forums do not make that much money and your forum needs some few months to build before you can attract the slightest attention from any seasoned forum admin. I will advice you to go back and do your homework then concentrate on building the forum membership and participation. As it is now only you can run the forum well if you know what you are doing.
    Good luck

    Hi,

I am no expert as I am a new forum owner opened my first forum on the 10th April, I would recommend getting those empty spaces filled up - I also deleted a lot of sections that were empty, I have 45 members registered only a few active but from them few I encouraged them to post. If you have some members then try to get them active, as your forum only has 2 articles, get some paid posters or start your own topics to get the forum interesting.

No admin or even mod is going to want to work on an empty forum, I have one moderator who joined the forum and posted so I asked them to be a mod, now they come on everyday and get more involved.

I have done so much reading to understand how to run a forum and I personally wouldnt want another Admin, maybe get some mods but you need those sections with at least 1 post in each of them, good luck.

You also have some spam sitting on there which is not good for new members.

I had this non stop, if I were you I would put a captcha on the registration page, to try and calm down the bots - I also deleted the part on the registration form where they can enter their website as this was encouraging spam, and so members just advertise in their sigs.
