It all depends who paying for what in the content network, ever since they have allowed people to choose what they want to pay for the content network the chance of getting hi payout are slim to none anymore
Yes, ir depends on ROI of advertisers. If they are getting good return from site, they will fight over your site and you will get more.
I recently purchased a product about hot niches which informed me about niches which has higher adsense click and pay per lead value. You can get that product here : http://redhotniches.blogspot.com/
If you are looking for high paying clicks what I would suggest is looking at the most competitive markets out there like insurance, loans, health etc. Then instead of going straight for the broad term you break it down further, drill down the insurance keyword and you may get, car insurance for young drivers, which is very nich and with it being a long tailed keyword you stand more chance of getting the google front page. Also with this method you will still get high paying insurance ads even though you are targeting a smaller niche and you will still get clicks.
NO how about I have a page with a low niche on first page of google and then adding a simple high page niche keyword to it such as u said "loans" can put high paying ads and then the traffic comes from my current low paying ads niche page ... will that help me in paying more from google or they will pay less.. thats what I am asking
