Here is my problem with this thread. Most people today are cheap and want to get coding for as cheap as possible. They get screwed and then post about it. The fact is, if you would have hired a US or UK based company (depending where you live), you will get quality work or at least be able to get your money back. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately people honestly think they can run a successful website paying minimum dollar by hiring foreigners (who code scripts unsecurely or don't even do the job at all, get screwed then go and hire another foreigner. It's an endless cycle. By the time you get screwed over 4 times from foreigners you could of had a quality program built by a local company or freelancer, but you have to be willing to pay more. 80% of people who have an idea and hire foreigners FAIL. People will never learn because they are cheap.
