Getting mails from adsense to be banned on an i.d which i never submitted in adsense

i have putted google ads on my site and a bit contradiction was done when i copied a paragraph from another site but also at the end i gave a link to the site from which i copied.....now i think its legal but though i recieved a mail from google adsense on an i.s which i never submitted in google adsense but only used for the site..now fist google did an e-mail the i having infringed the copyrights ...and i was told to do a fax to the google adsense i was told by my friend that i shold wait for 10 days so that google tells me that which thing was illegal(Infringing copyrights) so i waited for a week and now i recieved a mail from google that i have to submitt 1000$ in a given accout no. of UK bank within 3 days..now i m in pakistan where i can not approach to the bank and also other banks of pakistan can't do this i.e transfer money.
Also i can't pay this amount and also the mail was saying that a charge case will be made on me as they have my address and phone no.
Now i m saying that i have given the links in my site after that paragraph then how he can make a case on me becoz its legal?ans also that can i left my self without paying the charge?Can i left my self on doing a fax.
I m confused in one thing that i always recieved mails from google adsense on the i.d i submitted to adsense and now i recieved this mail on an another i.d
Plz guide me with complete steps

 

are you sure e-mail is from adsense. check the e-mail properly may be spoo mail

I wouldnt pay it.

if it doubt, type Googles OFFICIAL adsense page in your browser address bar (dont follow a link in the email) and find their contact email addresss, ask google.

yes, you type the link in your browser to adsense...website. log in to your account and see... what's the issue..
if not possible....
contact google regarding the e-mail you recieve.attach the copy of that e-mail to recieve and tell them to explain !

Woo.. Google start accepting Direct payment .. Joke of the month. Just sent a big f**k o*f to the guy who sent the mail to you. Don't bother to contact google.

 

I agree with everyone above, it's a con. There is no way Google would send you a message like that, especially to a different e-mail address.

Ignore it.

On the copyright thing though, even if you have placed a link to the original source, unless you have specific permission to use material from other websites, I wouldn't use it.

It is always best to email the original owner and get their permission to use their material. Most times you will be granted permission, because the original owner will get a free backlink to their site.

 

Yeah ....this man is asking the truth ..he received an email from adsense ..regarding DMCA complaint ...and to send them the fax...i thnink its the normal procedure google do for their self protection..can you tell here that from which site you copied the material..??

 

First you will get message from google to remove copyrighted contents from your site and submit a form.. then you have to fax to them thats it , if you remove this content and fax this to google or wich google gave you the fax number of cyber low organization is enough.
