Getting listed in yahoo directory!

Has anyone done that and did you see the results? is it worth the money?

 

I didn't do it - didn't figure it was worth the money when you can get indexed and included in Yahoo search results for free... the backlink may help PR a bit but you can take that $299 and buy some good links and then alot of beer with the leftover $$$.

 

I think it's too expensive.
I can buy tons of lifetime links by $299.

if it were a 1 time payment I may consider it, but as stated above you could get tons of qulity links for just 1 year in yahoo

 

you can buy a lot of featured listing at quality directories with 300$ i think.

 

A listing at yahoo directory is seriously worth the money, yahoo is PR8/PR9 and its YAHOO, means you'll get Yahoo SERPs Advantage, some boost in the google ranking algorithm of your site, PAgerank, Traffic, Popularity, Daily search engines bots crawl (way faster)...

 

i got my site included in yahoo directory free of charge. i rank top positions in google for a certain keywords (not all). In general, getting listed in yahoo assumes that your site is high quality.

 

Total BS. you are not gonna get listed on pr8 or pr9 page...

its fine if you have extra cash...
but for 299 buy lifetime links in other good directories

Buy a couple of PR7/PR8 links for 299 instead if getting listed in the yahoo directory...

 

Those would be 299 per month rather than year

 

but atleast they will be on PR8 page where yahoo lists you on pr3-4 page...

 

Yeah & they'll be...just $3600 more per year

 

Did u do anything special to get inluded??? I'd like to save 299$
