Getting irrelevant ads & not making any money on clicks

Our ads our totally irrelevant on a site of ours, and worse yet, is we aren't getting paid for clicks ever since I set the: Ad Review Center to: "Hold ads for 24 hours so they can be reviewed"

and at the same time I changed the setting from allowed sites:
"Allow any site to show ads for my account"

    to

"Only allow certain sites to show ads for my account"

Which I just changed back to "Allow any site to show..."

Anyone know what the heck happened and why everything is now completely messed up?

Might be because of the new noindex, nofollow so we'll do this:

How do I grant access to your crawler?

If you would like to grant our crawler access to your pages, you can do so without granting permission to any other bots. Simply add the following two lines of text to the top of your robots.txt file:

    User-agent: Mediapartners-Google*
    Disallow:

This change will allow our crawler to index the content of your site and provide you with the most relevant Google ads for that content.

To get relevant ads, do section targeting

Nope, using Drupal adsense module that's got section targeting.

The ads were fine until I switched the settings above & put in noindex nofollow, but I'm thinking that I need to do something in the meta with the mediabot or something?

i think thats where the problem is. if google cannot index your site, then you are more than likely to get PSA
