I received an email from some spam group who claimed they can get anysite into DMOZ with their "software and techniques". Anyone ever heard of something like this.

Anything is possible, but the downside from using such a tool
Is not worth the risk, and best to avoid using such methods as they cost you more than they are worth in the end

Do you really want to get involved with this spam group that emailed you? Please, do not turn to the dark side! ;)

If that was true domz will make changes in their script so spamer would not stay success with their script.

they just spamed your email and find out that script seller are in dmoz or no, if they are not how they can script user help to get in dmoz?

It sounds like they may have an editor in their toolbox.
