Hi all, My company believes we can make more currently through private ad deals and site sponsorships. The problem is, we don't know the proper process of going about getting someone. What is the proper title we look for? Ad sales? Also, we need to pay on a commission. What is the going cut for the salesman? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
