Getting Higher CPC (PAID SERVICE) !!

    Someone offered me to pay him money to get me higher CPC to my website up to $3 per click !!

    Is that possible ?

    I asked him for a proof and he gave me $2 cpc for 1 day !! So it is possible.. but how ??!!
