Hi, I'm fairly new to this so I was wondering... What's the best way to milk impressions? For example, I would like to know how webmasters get $5 or $10 per 1000 impressions (CPM). Also, how difficult/rare is it to get rates like these? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!
